TURKISH ICE CREAM

The milk used in our ice cream is only from our own goats which are grass fed at our organic certified pastureland.

It is clearly shown in scientific studies that milk from grass fed free range goats have higher Omega 3, vitamin D, and CLA levels compared to goats fed with industrial methods with a grain based diet. Researches conducted by Science and Technology lnstitute of Turkey in our farm showed that our milk has high level of Conjugated Linoleic Acid. (Ref. AGY 355-31.11.17)
