We made an ice cream recipe with organic raw cacao from criollo variety which is considered as the king among all cacao varleties.
Produced without roasting in order to keep the delicate aromas and antioxidant properties, this cacao is produced by using organic agriculture practices and is not exposed to chemical treatment as cocoa.
100% Goat Milk
With milk from our very OWN goats. All milk contained in our products is obtained from local goats fed on green pasture.
Ahir Mountain Salep
The natural salep obtained from the orchid roots.
Salep gives the Turkish ice cream its incredible creamy flavour.
